I designed the role of Product Management Innovation Leader at Revstar, where I stood up the AI governance framework and built the Bedrock-based language model platform that powers how we deliver for clients. Before that, I co-founded InnerHealth, an AI emotional wellness platform for K-12 that reached paying revenue inside 12 months.
Before founding, I was COO at OPIE Software, where we grew a healthcare practice-management SaaS from $8M to $12M and secured Select Medical as an anchor account. Earlier, I was COO at Shadow Health, scaling a virtual clinical scenarios platform from $150K to $8M and the team from 10 to 80 people.
You cannot force a bloom. You cultivate the right environment, nurture the roots, and trust the process. Same principle for products and people.
In April 2026, I was honored as one of 30 women by the Fierce Awards of Greater Gainesville. I co-chair the Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship Gainesville chapter, where we run a dues-free programming model. I also mentor founders and operators, and in the margins, I make music and tend my garden.
